Very high heart rate until I open Garmin Connect

I just got my Fenix 6 Pro.

After just a couple of days I have noticed that the heart rate (at times, not always) is way off! It's usually 30 too high compared to other devices.
This can happen if im relaxed, or if I'm exercising.

As soon as I open Garmin Connect on my phone, I can see that the heart rate drops to what it's supposed to be, and it usually stays correct for a while.

Did anyone else experience something similar and have any solution for this?
I have the latest firmware.

Actually.after various exercises tetno can stay high. Opening the garmin conect app as if it solves this problem as if it resets the hr sensor. And everything is back to normal.

I turned off Pulse OX and restarted my watch 2 days ago. My HR seems accurate since then!
Anyone with similar problem to mine using Pulse OX?, if so, can you try to disable Pulse OX and restart watch, to see if HR improves for you as well?

Nevermind. The problem came back, wasnt doing anything but HR went up to 140. It stayed at 140 until I opened Garmin Connect and watch connect via BT. HR then immediately dropped to 80.

Not sure what to do at this point. Im out of ideas and Garmin hasnt even responded to the case I opened with them one week ago.

So after waiting one week for Garmin to get back to me regarding this HR issue.
They finally replied referring me to troubleshooting for Freezes, Reboots or Won't Power On.

Its like they didn't even bother to read my e-mail. What a joke!

Ive had this same exact issue with support,. Sent them a very detailed email and they just reply with a link to some instructions.
