Notification only whit vibration, is normal?

Hello,

my Fenix working well whit stable 8.10 sw release

He paired whit a Huawei Mate 20 X (Androind 10) and I have this trouble: during fitness or lost/connect mobile phone etc the ringtone working well, but when I receive a notification (gmail, whatsapp, facebook...) my watch just vibrates, whitout sound.

In Garmin connect sw sound is enable, I checked option in Huawei menu, but nothing found, I reset too my watch from zero...

Someone can help me? It is normal (in my previous forerunner 235 was ok whit Huawei)

    On the watch go to 'Menu'>'Phone'>'Smart Notifications'>'During Activity' or 'Not During Activity' as appropriate>'Sounds' then make sure to select 'Tone and Vibration' or whatever your preference is.  The other thing to quickly check is 'Menu'>'System'>'Sounds'>'Alert Tones' and select 'On' or 'During Activity' as you desire.

    Hi this is an old post but it was very useful to me ! As new fenix user I found terrible to set it up. I also wonder why Garmin Connect doesn't allow many customizations only configurable from the watch...I didn't expect that...
