Tactix Delta accessories

Hi, I just bought my first Garmin, the Tactix Delta (got a sweet discount through Kaiser Permanente). I won't get it for a few weeks and I wanted to get a few accessories in the meantime, such as a bezel guard, charging stand, nylon wrist band, etc. I cannot find a single accessory for this watch. Any ideas where I should be looking?

The list of accessories that Garmin supply for the Tactix Delta are detailed under the Accessories tab - buy.garmin.com/.../696005

For the rest you'll need to do a general search online for compatible items. AFAIW Garmin do not manufacture the items you list apart from the nylon band.

Thanks..yeah I've been searching online, so far no luck. Any idea if Fenix 6x accessories would fit the tactic Delta?

I would say 6X accesories would fit Tactix Delta, bands and power accessories for sure. Bezel protector is a question mark, as has different bezel.

Can't imagine you need a bezel guard unless you are an industrial machinist. If you use a guard you WILL get scratches all over it unless you clean debris out of the guard like daily. I made the mistake of using them on Apple Watches and other things, and they cause more harm than good. The DLC of my Delta (and 6X) is good. Many hits and no marks.

Sweet, thanks. After seeing some threads about the bezel getting chewed up from normal use I was a bit worried

Did you get any luck with protector? I too just got a Tactix Delta and have the same concerns. I had a Charlie and it was terrible looking after 6 mths. I am pretty hard on watches and use the watch in work. They are tough but cosmetically they don't seem to take the abuse if used for their intended purpose. I've done quite a few jumps into verdansk and so far so good :)

No, I got a screen protector but nothing for the bezel. So far it's holding up ok

Just got my Tactix Delta the other day. i am wondering what screen protector you got and if you would recommend it? Also, did you decide to get a bezel protector after all? The job I have will likely subject the watch to quite a bit of hits, bumps, scratches and more.

I’m using a 6x tpu bumper when at work, needs a little stretch first couple times but is fine after.

I actually have one of the guards for the 6X and what the guy was saying is true as to having to keep clean or it is like trapping sandpaper next to your watch. But I do this daily with no regret given the peace of mind that it offers. I have saved my watch what would surely have been many scratches with my five-dollar covers when on the job. I just ordered the Tactix and I will be adding one to it as soon as I find one made for it.
