GarminDevice.xml need file from fenix 6x pro

Hi I have trouble with garmin pay application on watch,

upgrade, to the older firmware then update to new is not help, official support .... my dog is more smart then them,

so I try to find the solution what’s is going wrong,

can anyone help me i need GarminDevice.xml file from watch where garmin pay is working,

to look for difference.

if someone can help me please send the file [email protected]

All, do not send your garmindevice.xml without editing it first

remove Model Id, Unlock code, Store-Key Modulus

Hi Simon. I am sorry you are having an issue with Garmin Pay. The garmindevice.xml file is unique to your specific watch and that includes Garmin Pay. Directly comparing two Fenix 6X Pro watches and their garmindevice.xml file will not resolve the issue. I wish it was possible to resolve Garmin Pay that way, but it is not. Please contact our Outdoor Wearables Product Support team and we will gladly assist you further.

ok I just try to localize wher or how is the name for garmin pay application, just try to remove it, as you can see on this movie my wallet app is not starting...

try a hard reset - long press power button until the device shuts down - around 20 seconds. if that won't work - call garmin support.

you only have to connect your watch to Garmin Express, then delete the garmindevice.xml , unplug and reboot the watch and your garmindevice.xml will be created newly again

in watch, same in phone...

Based on everything you have tried, there would seem to be issues for either your watch or most likely, your Garmin Pay account. Each customer that uses Garmin Pay has unique identifiers and if there is an issue with the process of adding Garmin Pay, we involve our engineers to resolve the issue. I have sent you a Private Message to work with you on getting the issue resolved.
