Can’t speak for Italy but in New Zealand it’s been like that for me for a wee while.

No problems here in Germany (f6x Pro Solar/ 8.73) with the weather widget. Maybe only a temprary server problem for your location?

Check and set it to Garmin Connect:
- always run in the background and is not closed/optimized by battery management.
- Garmin Connect has access to the location set at all times (in android 10, you can only set access to the location, for example, if you are using it)

Perhaps try to to pair over BT again. I have my watch paired to two phones. Both sync data just fine. HOWEVER, only one phone can update the weather (the first one I paired). So something beyond just having a data connection, perhaps a link created during initial pairing. You also need to start an activity that uses GPS so watch can get a location before it displays weather.
