Does anyone have a clue what is the refresh rate of GPS points? I mean how many points in what time is Fenix6 recording during the activity. Or is it linked to distance? How often is each point recorded?

There are 2 options available in the system settings of the F6, see Owner's Manual p. 37:
Data Recording: Sets how the device records activity data. The Smart recording option (default) allows for longer activity recordings. The Every Second recording option provides more detailed activity recordings, but may not record entire activities that last for longer periods of time.
GPS data is always collected at 1 second intervals. When set to Smart Recording data points are saved whenever certain metrics change. When set to Every Second, data points are saved every second.
Limited storage space on earlier watches meant that Every Second recording led to large files for longer activities that quickly overwhelmed the available storage. New watches have much more available space so the problem is unlikely to occur. Apart from the physical size of the file, the only difference you might see is in the detail of the track shown on the map.
What is your tcx / gpx file showing?
Apologies - question was directed to OP. (Can use eg Basecamp to analyse the track logs)
