Tactix Charlie will not turn on

Tactix Charlie just 12 months old is unresponsive all avenues tried and nothing.

tried 2 USB charging cable

Followed directions off the Garmin help page

Don`t know what to do now.

Have you already tried this? Found that in the Marq forum, don´t know if it may work for other devices:

- Watch not connected to the charger.

- Press he following button combination for 15sec: Power (light), Down and Garmin (start/stop).

- Plug into charger and shall come to live again.

I have tried all these steps a few times look what it does
I would show ya but won’t let me post a video geez the screen goes all lines different colours and stuff like it’s pazzest or something
