Granted I'm not medical expert, but I'm having a hard time understanding how doing certain exercises will boost your immunity. I mean, other than just the general concept that being healthy is usually good for immunity.
What's this "immunity exercise" that you are proposing supposed to do, exactly?
If the answer is "Well, more exercise makes you healthier and boosts your immune system", that's great, and I agree, but I don't understand why Garmin needs to make an app that says what we already know.
Or is there some certain combination of activities that you can do a specific amount of and it will boost your COVID-19 immunity? Is it 50 jumping jacks followed by 15 pushups and 20 situps? If we do it in the wrong order are we going to die from COVID-19?

you can do several excercises - two examples:
- to boost your power, as the top athletes are doing. but this is contraproductive for your immunity system, as the body does not have time to regain the energy.
- to strenghten your stamina
As I red several medical reccomendations on runners pages, it is not reccomended to run on high heart rates. many people does not know it. did you knew it?
Nowadays, many people are forced to stay at their homes - appartments, without a good chance to sport outside (Thanks God, I am living next to the forest). Would be great, if Garmin will make some trainings especially for indoor.
