I don't think the issue is resolved. My Fenix 6x Pro Solar was updated from the last official public version (6.10 I believe) using Garmin Connect Mobile. GPS didn't update at first (showed 2.90 with an exclamation mark). After sync with Garmin Express, GPS updated to 4.10 but still no ANT/BLE/BT nor Sensor Hub update. The new Virtual Run activity never pairs with Zwift.

• Downloaded the 8.00 release candidate (as the 8.10 update hadn't pushed to my device).
• Followed all the steps to manually update GPS, Wi-Fi, ANT/BLE/BT, Sensor Hub.
• Most of the system updates were successful but had GPS 2.90 with an exclamation point.
• Connected watch to computer with Garmin Express. Found a new "Change Log" update. Sync'd that via Garmin Express, rebooted watch. GPS updated to 4.10.

Perhaps that Change Log alone was needed to kick the watch into finding GPS software version 4.10.

I'm happy with this update: "Fixed an issue where the device would always display the 'Updating' spinner when changing an alarm"

This issue was really annoying because it will cause that simply by opening the alarm menu and nothing more it will create an alarm at the default time, which until not long ago was midnight 00:00 , so that created many awful situations of  unexpectedly waking up my partner and I in the middle of the night. These two related issues have been around since Fenix 3 HR and were the reason I stopped using alarms all together on any Fenix watch. I'm glad it is fixed now and also the default time is now 07:00. It took them years to fix but better late than never I suppose.

Here in the US, I am seeing 2.90! as well.

How did you download and install GPS 4.10?

I still have 8.00 on my F6X. Does the update to 8.10 being rolled out in waves?

Yes. Due to the sheer number of Fenix 6 watches owned worldwide, we push the firmware updates out in a slow rollout over an average of 4-5 business days with each new firmware update.
