Is there a possibility to silence/mute phone ringing(not reject)?

Is there a possibility to silence incoming calls? When the phone is ringing, I can decline or answer on the watch. I would like to just mute (through my watch) the phone ringing if this is possible.

I'd have to try it again to remember if it works, but I think I recall that the Back/Lap button (bottom-right) silences the watch without rejecting the call, but I don't recall if it also silences the phone or not. I don't think it does. May also be different with apple vs. android, I have android.
