Just curious. I'm not too happy with this facet of the F6 and was thinking about trying something else.

I have been/am a user to Apple Watch 4, Garmin Tactix Delta, Whoop, Oura Ring, and Biostrap.

Thanks for the reply. This is what I was looking for.
I've worn the AW and Fenix at the same time. Tried the same arm even. Someone should make a strap for that.

Hi!
I am using Biostrap and Oura
Yes, I was a Whoop subscriber. Incidentally, today is the day that membership has expired. £30 pound a month membership.
Should have been more specific, anything you liked / hated about them relative to the Garmin world?

I used Apple Watch for several years in conjunction with Oura Ring and Whoop. They all did different things that I was able to use together to give a well rounded picture of my health. Unfortunately, I looked a bit ridiculous wearing three separate devices. Luckey, the Oura Ring was subtitle and went unnoticed by many.
I recently got rid of my Apple Watch 4 and migrated over to Garmin since I only used notifications and alarms on the Apple Watch. I barely used the other features that were, to me, more gimmicky than anything.
The Garmin Tactix Delta has provided me with everything I need in regards to notifications, alarms, 27/7 HR tracking, etc.... The Tactix also gives me a stress (strain) score through the day similar to Whoop. Along with sleep tracking, this gave me the ability to ditch the Whoop and the expensive $30/month price tag.
Since using my Garmin Tactix Delta, I’ve noticed the sleep tracking to be...okay... at best. I still wear the Oura Ring because of all the recovery/sleep data it provides. It tracks my sleep stages and HRV extremely well. The Oura is just so simple and low profile to wear that it doesn’t bother me wearing it in conjunction with the Garmin.
Until Garmin can step up their sleep game significantly, I will remain an Oura Ring user. My Garmin Tactix Delta gives me everything the Apple Watch 4, Whoop Strap, and Biostrap were able to give me in just one device.

I struggle a bit with Garmin's recovery model, which is why I was looking for something else. It seems a bit erratic. Sleep is bad.
Anyways, thanks again.
