Hi,
I've seen some posts regarding CrossFit, but none that addresses my question.
Is there a difference between relevant built-in schemes such as Cardio, Strength, Other etc. for cross training, other than layout?
I have no desire to manually enter my WOD details every time, and would like to stick to one built-in template, but I fail to understand the difference, if there is one, when it comes to HR, KCals and basic workout data.
