My Fenix 6 pro is stuck in a update what do I do? Is been doing this for two hours, it says don’t unplug

Unplug. Press and hold top left until shuts down. Restart.

I have same issue. same watch, using iphone and garmin connect. gets stuck on "sending software update" since 3 days. Stuck at 100%. Resetting watch didnt help

In the end I gave up on garmin connect, and downloaded garmin express on my pc. Annoyed that due to a broken update process in a watch that is much newer than my 100% reliable fenix 3, I had to resort to using windows.
