You will likely be required to provide more details. Info you provided is vague
Here are the 2 workouts, on the same bike...
Thanks for help
A 20 minute workout with average 162 bpm, but 0 Training Effect suggests something is wrong with your HRmax and/or training zones. I'd look there. Make sure you set these zones on the app, and let it sync to the watch, rather than setting it directly on the watch.
Alternatively, there could be an issue with the power meter setup on your indoor trainer.
Thanks for answer. There is no power meter installed. The max HR is set to 178 for biking on on app. However the wrong calorie calculation is present while MTB workout. I assume 178 max HR is not wrong.
The strange: on previous workout on yesterday, with lower avg HR the training effect was present
Unfortunately, still confused. I've reset the pulse ranges, now my max HR is 168 as originally. And the calories are still wrong. A 40 minutes ride shall be at least 500 C.
It seems the calories are only 10% of the real value, the 2 workouts according to Fenix were 165 calories, according to bike computer were 1666 C.
Any idea what can be wrong?
Thanks
L
I've skipped the chest HR belt, and the Fenix provides normal calorie calculation with wrist HR sensor. Is this a bug?
