Powerbeats pro not working

Not connecting to my fenix 6. Is there any reason why?

it connects to other earphones but not my Powerbeats pro.

Try restarting the watch. I had this issue 2-3 times before. Restarting the watch solved the problem...

Restart or Reset? I did both several times without success.
Fenix 6 with Rel 8.10
Powerbeats with Rel 2C48

This Garmin support for Bluetooth Headsets is soooo lazy and poor.
Which product manager is responsible for this?
I would fire him immediatly :-)

Whenever I had this issue a simple restart of my watch resolved the problem!

Also, If you had the headset connected to anything else(ie phone or computer) they must be out of range or BT turned off. It's kind of a pain in the butt.

I cannot connect my beats pro to my Fenix 6s! anyone figure out anything?

Make sure to power off your watch and then power up. If you have used your headphones with other devices make sure Bluetooth is off or your out of range on those devices. I've used my Garmin with many headphones and haven't met anything I couldn't pair with it. I haven't tried the Plantronics yet.

Remove from watch Bluetooth (if it was on originally)

Power off watch

Power on watch

Sensors and accessories

Add new

Headphones

That worked for me. I didn't put the powerbeats in pairing mode.
