Given how capable the Fenix 6 is (even supporting Shimano di2 integrating for switching screens), I am considering using it as a bike computer on my tri rig instead of investing in a separate Garmin Edge. I am looking for something a little more sleek than the strap-on-bar mount, and was hoping to find something that can connect just the watch body to an Edge mount.
I am thinking I could take off the quick release wrist straps, connect some adapter to the Fenix pins, and connect this adapter to the Edge mount.... I'm having trouble finding anything online, even though this seems like an obvious use case so people could save $200-500 on an Edge whose only main benefit it seems would be Navigation on a bigger screen for someone who already has a fenix.
Any ideas out there?
