Sleep tracking accuracy

Hi!

Bought Fenix 6 abaut month ago and have been loving it. But i also have some problem. Abaut sleep tracking accuracy. Watch wiöö usually be more wrong than right on trackin. It thinks that im sleepin even if im on sofa watchin tv and playin with watch or app on the phone.

I have put in settings my sleep time from 23pm to 0700 am. More than 80% of tracking watch shows in the morning that i fell asleep abaut 21.00-2130 what is not true. I also have pulsoxymeter on only in sleeping and it shows abaut 100% accuracy of me sleeping and wakeing up.

What is wrong? How in the heck watch things im sleeping even if im playin with watch or the app on phone? Why is there different result of slewp tracking time and pulsoxymeter, last one tracks my sleep very accurate.

My brother has Garmin Venu and he is having same proplem. Slepp accuracy tracking way off. 

Had Suunto 9 before this one. Traking on that was abaut knife sharp.

    For me these issues started on 6th of January(i had the watch from September and got a new one as replacement on 22nd of December), with the 5.74 beta update. and it's going on since that moment no matter which beta or official SW update came. 

    I "was also able to start" sleeping at 17:00 several times, even if going at 23:00 to bed. (23:00 is my normal bed time +/- some minutes)

    And during this so called sleep time: 

    • I watch netflix
    • i have dinner
    • i go to the kitchen for a water break
    • I go to the bathroom to get rid of the mentioned water 
    • and so on...... 

    I'm in contact with Garmin support since beginning of January.

    And when I say contact it means

    • contacted via web chat and got the standard suggestions that I have to wear my watch(because I'm too stupid to know this) and to set the sleep time correctly(because I'm an idiot which does not check these before going to contact them)
    • I send them screenshots with latest  *** recording for the previous night. And they do not reply or just reply with no real answer. 
    • details were sent to the contact team and also to the outdoor beta team(while using some beta version on the watch)
