Cardio App with the HRM-Tri chest HRM. Start the App, leave your watch in your gym bag, and when you finish your training pull the watch out of your bag and stop the App - Heart Rate data will automatically download from the HRM-Tri belt. Obviously, it would not be a good idea to wear your watch during training.

yes, thats why i bought this hrm tri sensor. today i keeped my watch inside gloves, ( my sensor is not arrived yet) and i used "other" activity. Ill try cardio tomorrow =)
Any Activity without GPS would be OK - happy training!
