If a track is where you did an activity, for example a run or a bike ride, it is synchronized from the watch to your mobile using Garmin Connect Mobile. It requires that you have an account on https://connect.garmin.com, Garmin Connect installed on your phone and your watch added you your account (done either from Garmin Connect Mobile or Garmin Express on your PC).
Another option is to configure a WiFi network and connect the F6 to the WiFi but my personal opinion is that Garmin Connect Mobile (which uses bluetooth is easier).
Once the activities is synchronized you can view it either from Garmin Connect Mobile or from the web, https://connect.garmin.com.
