From Garmin Connect on my PC, I am unable to import data using the drop files functionality. I would like to import data then to sync it with my fenix 6 Sapphire
I tried a couple of weeks ago to import my historical Fitbit data and got recurrently the unexplicit msg "an error occurred with your upload. Please try again". The .csv file was correct and I could not figure out why it did not work.
Now, I have tried to import a GPS track course (.gpx file) and got the very same message. So it does not seem to be a Fitbit/Garmin compatibility issue (as I thought and gave up investigating), bit a more general problem to import data on my Garmin Connect account
Has anyone experience this or could help with this issue?
