Are there any programs or websites so I can view the maps that are installed on the watch on a PC?

A question about basecamp. I've never used it because the only time I tried it took ages once I connected the watch and I didn't have time to wait. What is the proper way to import the maps?

Connect the watch it will import them, but it takes some time. To view without watch you can copy maps to ans SD card into \garmin directory, this should work also.

The question was about viewing Garmin maps installed in the watch, not activity tracks

In GPXSee you can view maps (for Garmin too) and activity tracks.

Problem is the speed. It takes hours for basecamp to process the maps when I connect the watch and I guess it will be the same for a SD-card.

Is there no way to import or copy the maps to the computer?
