Also Aftershokz Aeropex for me! Nice and safe to also hear ambient sound of traffic and sounds of nature while listening to music!
I also recommend Mpow M30. They are tiny and lightweight, so you can't really feel them. Thanks to the fin, they stay quite firmly in the ear. And if they somehow Fall out, they are completely waterproof so they will most probably survive even in Rainy or snowy conditons. And if they get lost, they are so cheap that it's not that big of a deal.
I used to have aftershokz titanium then air. This Type of headphones is not as comfortable as people say. Especially if someone wears glasses, helmet or mask with them. And no isolation means that you hear everything. That is fine if one listens just some beats for running. But listening to podcasts is impossible in noisy environment.
Shokz, used to be Aftershokz. I'm on my second pair after wearing out the first. The OpenRun, my wife has the OpenMove. Both are solid, good sound, and still hear your surroundings for safety on the road.
