Also Aftershokz Aeropex for me! Nice and safe to also hear ambient sound of traffic and sounds of nature while listening to music!

I'm looking for recommendations for true wireless earphones that actually stay in the ears while running.

I'm sure the Aftershokz Aeropex are great headphones based on the many recommendations in this thread, but the OP stated they were looking for true wireless recommendations.
