Aftershokz Aeropex
I tried running with the 65t, but because they create a seal in my ears (which is a good thing to block out sound during a noisy commute) I find I cannot run with them. All I hear is my feet pounding the…
Also Aftershokz Aeropex for me! Nice and safe to also hear ambient sound of traffic and sounds of nature while listening to music!
Thx for the reply, i will go for these headphone
I used to use Jaybird Tarah Pro which sounded great but they used to succumb to sweat which temporarily affected the performance of the drivers.
I now use PowerBeats Pro an AirPod Pro which are both excellent truly wireless buds, however the volume buttons won't work with the current Fenix 6 firmware. However I find it easier to use the controls on the watch when running as I don't like reaching up to my head to reach for the buttons especially when going at a fast pace. For me the Apple AirPods Pro win as they don't pick up much wind noise like the PowerBeats.
I had these (75T's) briefly for my Forerunner 945. Mine had issues with the left earbud and were returned. The left earbud would cutout and after a firmware update had distorted bass. Other than that they had great potential I think. Just watch out for that. I may try the newer "Active" version and see if I have better luck. Also, one other minor issue is the volume control, it is continuous so precise volume adjustments are difficult (65T and Jaybird Run do this better).
I had same problem with these ... the smallest eargels made them usable (at least during the colder months) but then no bass ...
I've received the 75t's and have given them a good testing.
Running - perfect.
Music (Deezer) from F6 - Everything works (volume up / down, tap for next track etc)
So far so happy.
Good to hear. Did you get the active version or the regular version? thanks
Although not "true" wireless, I started using the Jaybird X3 in November of 2016. Sounded great and very comfortable. However, charging issues began within 3 months. Jaybird support was great and quickly RMA'd them and sent me a new pair. The issue was that this kept happening. I ended up RMA'ing the headphones 4 times. The final X3s also died, but then the 1 year warranty had expired. I've since moved on to the Jabra Elite 65t. Been using them for over a year. They are flawless. I couldn't be happier. In fairness to Jaybird, maybe they were working through some hardware issues and have figured it out since 2016. Also, they were purchased by Logitech around the same time.
Aftershokz AEROPEX is great. Innovative: uses bone conduction to transmit music; nothing covering your ear so you can truly be aware (of cars) on a run. Waterproof (IP67 rating), Weight 26g: https://aftershokz.com/products/aeropex
