Body Battery shows nonsensical data after not wearing it for hours

Hi,

I've using 6x for a week and the body battery seems to be very inconsistent (or shows a consistently wrong behaviour ;))

  • I've started yesterday with 85 (morning) and ended the day with 89 (the absolute minimum was 69 during the day - it reflected my day relatively correctly, but ending the day so high is a bit of surprising)
  • then after 6 hours sleep (I did not wear it), at morning it was 72 only (it was a good sleep, no alcohol, so comparing to the last 89 it makes no sense)
  • now, as I am writing, it is raising: 78 (which is okayish comparing to 72, I am sitting)

I've found this pattern consistent:

  • whenever I wear it during the sleep, it tops at 100%, then in the first hours (1-2) of the day, it drops quickly
  • whenever I did not wear it during the sleep, it starts about 65-85 then it drops just slowly

So, it's kind of lost the track during the hours I don't wear it and after it provides some random data - then it starts working fine _relatively_ to that starting point, but when I skip hours, it always gives some random data between 65-85, unrelated my condition.

I've done my research, and found that it works well for some, but shows inconsistent data for others. My skin is white and pretty pale and I am skinny, so not tracking the heart rate should not be an issue.

I really don't get it (I've restarted and resetted, no changes) :/
