Interesting. Where does the v02 max say it is basing its numbers from?
I have an issue where I did a lot of running - and training effect and load - effecting training status - was based off that.
I then started riding only.. big ones etc.. and it was saying I was in recovery, or maintaining only... because it was bike v02 max that I was effecting... although it did seem to appear in load, but not altering anything.
Surely there's a better algorithm for those that do multisport?
