Fenix 6x charging issue...

My Fenix 6 shutoff this afternoon and now will not recharge. I thought I had charged it overnight last night, so now I'm guessing it wasn't charging then either. I cleaned the connectors and they look just fine. All I'm seeing is the Garmin triangle very lightly on the watch face. Looking for anything else to try at this point. Thanks!

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. For this, I would recommend trying some additional steps:
- You will want to try another charging cable, as well as connecting the watch with a wall outlet…

Just have the basics, different charger, different cable. 3rd party cables can be gotten from amazon/ebay cheap just to try out but they're also cheap in quality.

Did you fix this problem? I have the same issue. I'm sure it's the watch and not the charger itself.

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. For this, I would recommend trying some additional steps:

You will want to try another charging cable, as well as connecting the watch with a wall outlet and computer port.
If there is no change, I would recommend trying a factory reset while connected with a charger, with these steps:

Ensure the watch is powered off.
- You may need to hold LIGHTfor up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
Press and hold BACK and START/STOP.
Press LIGHT to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
After the first beep release START/STOP.
After the second beep release the remaining button.

If this is still not charging, or working normally, I would recommend contacting Garmin Product Support.

A mi ya me paso hace un año con un cable, compro otro y estoy otra vez igual. Debéis solucionar este problema, solo se carga 16 veces año y se estropea. ¿Qué pasaría si tuviéramos que cargarlo como el Apple Watch todas las noches?
