Hi,
I made a pacepro strategy for a hill course. When I started to run, my fenix6, does show me the correct split times, but not the 'overall ahead'.
Anybody knows how that's possible?

Same problem for me today. Very frustrating. Would love some help. This photo was 3 miles into my run. Off course is blocking what was the target time. Pace showed to as you can see, but the entire run all that showed at the bottom was dashes like that. It worked fine a few days ago. Worried about using this in my half marathon on Sunday now.
did you got an answer in the meantime?
No answer, and no idea what might have caused that to happen. It's worked fine ever since though.
any responses yet regarding this issue? I face the same problem at my yesterday's 10k run
Same problem here, I can’t get the overall +/- working.
I have a Forerunner 245, and used a Komoot route to create the pace pro strategy.
My guess is that going off course causes this issue, even if briefly. And in my experience Fenix 6 may go off course for no apparent reason. For example, it may go off course when I stop to tie shoe laces.
Happens irrespective of whether I plan just for a distance or course. Have tried setting up in both the phone app and on the PC and then sending to my Fenix 6. Still doesn't work. Have sent my files to Garmin but think they are at a lost to a solution. Will post if I hear anything
Little positive update on my side (Forerunner 245).
After creating and uploading a short course with a rather fast pace, and scrolling through the splits on my watch before starting it, it somehow started working. I don’t know if it was because of this rather weird combination of things or something else but after I completed this one run I never had an issue anymore…
Not even with super long runs and slow average pace (68K / 9:00/km)… Maybe it helps
I did a pacepro plan using a course I had already run, and when selected it, looked at the splits as you did. It worked. Not sure it will work next time or if it works without planning using a course but hoping the magic step is checking the split times. Anyone else tried.
Did another one today and it worked, tomorrow I will try a plan using just the distance but no course and see if it works. Lets hope you figured it Christian
