WHR at low ambient temperature not working

I did some outdoor activities in the past weeks and always had my fenix 6 with me, but I never get valid hr values.
i always try to update the watch with recent beta software. That helped at least, to work for indoor activities.

is this a known issue?

watch is placed as suggested, tight and behind the wrist.

Software: 5.77

Sensor Hub: 4.20

No OHR-sensor is working flawless when it's cold outside. That's no bug, just simple physiology.

Is it as bad on the upper arm, when wearing an arm band ? Usually if it's that called, I have a long sleeves top. I'm curious to test that work my polar OH1. and would it be the reason why my Scosche is…

The Polar worked flawlessly so far. I will test with temperatures close to 0°C today.
