No Solar Charge with 100 000 lux

I tried do charge Fenix 6X Pro Solar outdoor

But Solar intensity indicator doesn't show me any charge level

Test Luxometrer software told me about 100 000 LUX.

How it could be?

It was with firmware 5.00

I've updated to Beta - 5.77 - Result the same.

Have you faced with this problem?

Tested with firmware 5.00 - no charge indicator

Tested with new firmware 5. 77 Beta - no charge indicator. :-(

for me either, it doesn't work, it doesn't solve our solar data problems, the Garmin technician tells me to wait for V6.0 and if it doesn't work make an agreement for a return home.

I've got a firmware ver.6.0 - it didn't help me. Solar indicator without any reaction. :-(

What are the first 5 digits of your device? maybe a defective series! my device 63411.

on the side of Watches' body, I counted 10 digits for SN.

I don't have such information about defective series. :-(

My Fenix 6X Pro Solar operated well after purchase 2-3 weeks.

After that Solar indicator was died and didn't react to Sun activity.

That's the problem for me. :-(

Device was replaced. No more news from Garmin side.

How did you get those settings showing your solar charge voltage and current? It would be interesting to see these values when in full sunlight...
