Half of screen goes dark periodicaly

Hello,

Today i bought Fenix 6 sapphire and i have this issue about display. Sometimes top half of the screen goes dark, light button does not help, only i can do about it is scroll.

It appears very often.

Anyone seen this before ?

Add : As the the tiny hand is going clockwise in analog mode ... From 60 to 15 seconds screen is going slowly blank from top to down following the tiny hand, then remains blanked until tiny hand reaches…

Faulty unit you should exchange it.

Garmin has closed this case as hardware problem and changed them for new ones. Thanks for help everyone

That is definitely not right. You should exchange it for a new one.

Seems like a loose connection to the screen or something. Definitely not something you can fix yourself.

Its like 30 seconds display is working correct, and then for few second this "half black" screen appears. Do u guys think it is hardware issue? When i just scroll menu, display is working correctly ...

You could try cycling the power on the watch to see if that clears it up. But, I believe it is a hardware issue. I've never seen anything like that before.

Ok, thanks for help. I will try restore watches and if problem appears again i will change them for next one ...

Ive the same issue with a Descent Mk2 that I've just acquired
