Amazon music error

I have several albums downloaded from Amazon music onto my Fenix. The problem is that all works normally EXCEPT if I let it play through to the end of the last song on any album. If it plays through the last song, I cannot get back into my music in the watch. When I try getting back into the Amazon app, I get the IQ! icon and have to reset the watch to get back normal operation. Anybody else seen this?

Anyone out there using Amazon that can verify this issue? Support seems to be unaware of it. Maybe it’s just me but I have deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. Finishing the last song of any album or playlist crashes the Amazon app until the watch is powered off and on.

Same problem if you let a playlist get to the end.

Glad to know it’s not just me. I submitted the issue to support but haven’t had any feedback.

Hoping for a fix. Having the app crash when out for a run is a huge drawback to this “music” watch.

I have the same issue on my fenix 6. I got it first time last week on a running workout.

When the playlist ends and shuffle is off you can't play other music from playlists that on your device.

Same IQ! icon here. Only when the watch is connected by wifi or with the cellphone I cant switch the playlist.

After that i was very sad, because I love it to go running without the big and heavy smartphone. It feels more free.

So I switched the shuffle to on and will see next time what happens.

I was hopeful it would work with shuffle on. Unfortunately, same problem once all songs in the playlist shuffled through. Back to the IQ! icon.

If you enable “repeat all” then it will just keep going and never get to the end of the playlist. That effectively prevents triggering this bug.
