Hi all,
in last week I have noticed my body batter never raise over 20. I wouldn't say my body is in so stressed, tired or other situation, so I believe something goes wrong with my F6.
did someone experience similar?

Yes, during Christmas because I consumed too much wine ;)
Mine always reads 5 with zero gain and perhaps a loss of one. That, after
9 hours sleep with 4 hours of deep sleep. I can go a week and it never changes
from a reading of 5. Stress varies. Rebooting devices…
Have been accurate since start. If it doesn't go up there has always been a reason. Mostly beer, wine or any other alcohol or sickness.

Well, that would be normal expectation, or some sickness.
But in my case I am asking for watch behaviors if someone else noticed?

There was a time (for maybe a week or two? around late november/early december) where body battery wasn't charging for almost anybody. But that got resolved.
Since then, mine has been good. There are some nights where even if I sleep for well over 8 hours, it doesn't recharge hardly at all... usually alcohol was involved on those nights.
Body battery uses HRV stress to detect your rest/sleep quality. High stress translates to less body battery recharging. So even if you aren't sick, or drinking a lot, maybe there's something else that's causing your HRV stress to be high during sleep.
If it only happened one night, I wouldn't worry about it. But if it's an ongoing issue, then it's worth investigating.
Every day (night) in January my body battery has restored to 100% with the exception of 1st Jan when I was up past midnight on New Year's Eve. I exercise daily, walking the dog morning and evening and riding indoors for at least one hour or 20 miles on Zwift, but often more. I am retired and have low stress in life. The bike rides certainly deplete the battery, both during and after the ride during EPOC, but I do pay attention to my data and do take steps to relax afterwards.
I also have an Oura ring, which focuses the mind on sleep quality, timing, caffeine etc. I generally get good scores each night for sleep and readiness for the day ahead. So overall it seems that both the watch and ring agree with my successful recovery each night.
Body Battery is entirely driven by HRV Stress - it's a running total of "HRV * time".
Look at your HRV stress data for correlations with drinking alcohol, eating bad/too much food etc.
HRV stress has nothing to do with your psychological state - it's how much allostatic load your body is under, the wear and tear it's experiencing at rest. Illness can do it do.
BB has been rubbish over the past few weeks. Completely unpredictable and not correlated to my actual state. Getting +3 during a night with nearly 10 hours of worthwhile sleep is just weird.
yea, I am talking about the same. With no reason or correlation to alcohol/extra food/ssickness BB numbers are getting weird

Sad to say, but I'm experiencing the same issue as most..... Body Battery rarely charges more than a few points after a great sleep of at least 8 hours with 3 hours REM. I was beginning to think I was in need of a body MOT at the Doctors, but after reading this thread I feel it's more of a watch issue.
I feel absolutely fine, healthy, happy, not stressed either.....
