How do I change the weight in the custom work out from lb to kg?
If it's viewing and editing weight on the watch, then Menu>System>Units>Weight>Kilograms (this works perfectly for me when editing weights from reps in the Strength Training app)
If it's on the Garmin Connect Website, then you'll need to go in to your account settings and switch to Metric (even the Statute UK option still has pounds for weight)
On GCM you can do the same in More>Settings>User Settings>Unit of Measure>Metric
