Fenix 6 sapphire WHR on during activity with chestHR

Hello.

I noticed recently that the WHR is not turning off anymore while doing and activity using chest HR paired.

I owned a F5 before and it worked like this with all firmware rev. Also with the first activities of my new F6 it was the same. I noticed this with R5 and R5.72

I tried to remove the watch from my wrist and HR figure still works,I believe data is coming from the chest strap but the green light remains on

How your watch react ?

If you have Garmin Pay set up, it will keep the OHR sensor on even if you have an external strap connected.

Also, if the ant connection is not stable it might want to fall back to the OHR sensor, however…

Hi Maurycy,

Thanks for your feedback however I am sceptical because of two things:

- WHR light during activity with HR chest strap is GREEN (pulse OX is RED)

- Pulse OX is mesured while resting or at least no movement (so impossible to get a value during an activity)
