CPE update - Fenix 6x Sapp v5.72

Hi,
I've got a problem with update the CPE in my Fenix 6x. In instruction i've found (https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=ZCFBNlxeiM3oipPmFoYfs7), it says that it's enough to sync watch with Garmin Connect mobile app on the phone. Watch is connected with phone 24/7 but don't update CPE. Is it a problem with soft or it's required to connect with Garmin Express on PC?

What is the CPE status in the About section?

And after sync the status didn't update.

Have you updated the watch in G Connect.

Mine says Actual.

Try Express to see if this will do the trick

Garmin Express updated CPE status and now work. But there's my question still without answer. The article i've linked says that it's enough to connect with Garmin Connect mobile app, so my watch don't update CPE status by mobile app, so there is a problem.

Ya, strange

I use Connect for Daly updates and only Express periodically for maps update.

CPE only updates periodically or when watch has been moved over a distant without GPS active.

Now I am not sure where I got the update from.

Did you get a GPS fix after updating to 5.72.

The update process overwrites your last known location, but the CPE/EPO is location specific, so the watch needs your location to get a new CPE.

Also, try forcing a wifi sync as an intermediate step before connecting to Garmin Express.
