Hopefully a simple question. I'm using the standard watch face which has a simple digital clock centre screen, standard watch status icons such as battery, phone connection etc above that, two simple data fields below the clock ( which I have as message notification and date). It also has two short chord gauges top and bottom edges of the face. The lower one is Steps, I'm pretty sure of that.
Butbwhat is the top one showing? It's not configurable as far as I can tell, so I have no way of working out what metric it is displaying.
