Pool swim is not accurate

Hate so say this but this usually happens because of swim technique or stopping/banging in to something mid-length. What stroke are you swimming? Do you change stroke? 

Personally I had this problem only few times with past devices. 

But... Is there any Garmin plan to add the possibility to edit a swim activity in Garmin Connect? 

Because is normal  that watches sometimes can count non perfectly but is very important to have the possibility to edit post workout. 

 Actually is possibile to do for fitness activities (strength, cardio...). 

Why not for swim activities? 

Been swimming semi-pro for 25 years. 
think the stroke is pretty fine. 

freestyle is the only stroke I use the watch to track stroke.

  it’s just the during swim, wondering if anyone has had this experience and was able to resolve it. 
  
  

I have also 6pro and it works good during swim. 

During each return remember to strong bounce off the wall. 

Sometimes if i had to change swim style during swim becouse someone is in front of me whatch makes mistake in laps.

Well I am far from semi-pro yet rarely have any problems with my crappy very amateurish freestyle (If I get 2:00/100m it’s a great day), something that’s been pretty consistent since Garmin gave us a watch to count laps in a pool.

If your swim stroke is indeed at a semi-professional level then you should contact Garmin Support. There is the possibility of a problem with your watch.

   Export from Garmin Connect, correct and then import the modify file to Garmin Connect.
