I’m one of GARMIN customer who was cheated by your company. My watch still doesn’t work properly from the date of release. Is it fair? You kept my money and you are happy and I’m stuck with device that doesn’t work like you have sweetly announced

Rage software on this watch is terrible every single upgrade still not fix anything this is joke Garmin refused to give me money back this is a joke what kind of terrible company is that I don’t want replacement I want my money back no one pay me for testing I purchased this watch with my own money

  • So I am going to be "that guy" and ask... have you called them? I have had nothing but excellent experience with the folks on the other side of the phone. They seem to genuinely want to help me when I have a problem. It take a while to get them on the phone so I just use their call back option.

  • Post is worthless without details of features that are failing and what steps you have taken with GARMIN to fix.

If you’re unhappy, then return it and try a different manufacturer. If you’re having problems, then maybe ask the community for assistance instead of looking like an uneducated consumer who’s just complaining just to complain.

I agree with Rob here. I've had to have defective Garmin devices replaced in the past under warranty and Garmin support over the phone has always been helpful and usually got a replacement sent to me with a minimal hassle. Except for one time when it was an out of warranty replacement it's also always been a new in box unit. While posting here can be useful for resolving certain common issues this is mostly a user forum and does not typically get responses from Garmin. Calling them is going to be the fastest way to get help and a replacement if needed.

Same as you. Only difference is that it's my Second garmin watch and I am very disapointed by the altimeter and WHR issue that are remaining since 2 months ago.
