Who is unsatisfied with the purchase Fenix 6 series (Unsatisfied customers only comments this thread is only for people who are not satisfied with the purchase of this device)

Please provide feedback experience about this device Is this product worth it? this amount of money and what let you down in this device.

  • I’m not happy with this watch from the beginning device working terrible GPS, altimeter is never one point floors counting is wrong always wrist hr is a (JOKE) Bluetooth and ant+ is so bad disconnected from accessories software not working like Supposed to be I’m very upset with purchase this device definitely not worth the price and I forget DLC coating on this product is not dlc coating for sure from my 9 years experience be operator in special forces dealing with equipment coated with DLC.

    I’m not recommend for sure this Watch Stick with your old one

    my thoughts very bad screen quality, terrible software, customer support not helpful they run away from responsibility, bad quality check this is my experience with Garmin I do not recommend.

    Not happy with a 850€ random HR generator.

    Compared to my AW3 it's a long lasting joke.

    I have two different Garmins. I write quite honest about my disappointments:
    Definitely for running, the Fenix 6 has very low gps for urban use, measuring typically short distances. Another big drawback is the useless pace. I don't know how serious a runner will use this F6 except under ideal conditions that are almost impossible in the city.
    I have not yet seen a Garmin that counts the exact number of repetitions when using strength activity!
    Still the Fenix 6 is not chinese garbage and is a bit strange for a $ 1,000 product.

  • Unfortunately mine is going back, even with the great screen.  It's too expensive to be an always on display clock, and not very smart at that.  The Random Number Generator HR values completely skew everything about my fitness, and that is not good.

    I believe soon they will fix all problems but i believe there is something worse than a soft bug.

    GARMIN SUPPORT 

    IF I compare with 2014-2015-2016 years right NOW totally quality of support is not acceptable WHY?

    1) example i sent every day mail with new issue - from last 5 days not answer from support ( Poland ).

    Faster answer i have from forum and garmin beta developers

    2) IF there is an issue and required to replace  watch it takes more than 4weeks

    I remember with garmin fenix 3 i sent mail Monday morning, before lunch they answer for mail with SRR number, after that sent asap Monday parcel and Friday after work it was provided new garmin fenix 3 watch.

    Right now 2 weeks only wait for the answer- via mail

    After ping pong 2 weeks and maybe after they will give you SSR

    After they doing 2 weeks testing and replay -everything perfect.  My colleagues have already that experience with  6xsoral

    3) I sent the parcel with SRR  ( F5x) to Garmin and "post" lost my parcel. 

    Garmin didn't help police to find watch,  Police spent 6 months ping pong with garmin 

  • I’m unsatisfied with being satisfied about this watch. I find it most unsatisfactory that I have nothing to complain about. GPS works, HR works in the water, all-day HR works, display looks great. It’s totally unsatisfactory that there’s nothing to be unsatisfied about.

  • I have (and still have since the 6 doesn't work well enough) a 5S, and I am very disappointed on the incredible amount of $ I spent on the 6S for it to not even work as well as the watch I already had!  The WHR feature is effectively useless.  Ironic since I bought the 6 in order to get WHR for swimming in the first place!
