Problem with ant/ble/bt:0.00

How to fix it? Help! rebooted, disconnected - not working. no connection to the phone and other external sensors. I connect to the computer several times sometimes updating something, then the clock asks for permission to install (sometimes it hangs). something is updated, but still zeros

Ive you tried to use webupdater garmin software ?

If even with it it does not work, try a Factory reset.

1) factory reset didn't help - anyway: bt: 0.00. 2) webupdater does not see my watch, cannot find it. however, the AndroidTransfer and GarminConnect (alternately, of course) have a great view of the clock. I have a MAC, maybe because of it the program is buggy

If you have macOS Catalina then Web Updater will no longer work because it's 32-bit. macOS Catalina will only allow 64-bt programs.

You might have to recourse to a factory reset to restore this. If that fails, contact Garmin Support.

If you bought it locally you might want to take it back and see if they'll do a swap before you contact Garmin Support.

How did you fix that? I am having the same issue just with ANT/BLE/BT driver for my FR 945 and I couldn´t make it work...tried the webupdater, tried the new beta release but nothing changes that from 0.00

Please directly plug your Forerunner 945 into your computer and update it using Garmin Express. If you continue to have any issues, our Forerunner 945 Forums thread may also assist you further.

I´ve tried that several times but once the watch boots, it stops at the Garmin logo forever...I´ve waited 40 minutes already.
