Change data fields on map when navigating

When following a course during a run, the map screen shows only one data field with remaining distance. Is it possible to change it to f.e HR or pace? In the navigation setting I only found a setting to remove or show the data field, but not to change it (or show 2 instead of 1).

Is it possible that this feature was on the femix 5 series but not on the 6?(I had a 3 previously)

Sure, my UI is in German, so a rough translation where it's localized.

1. Press Start-Button (just like starting an activity; upper right)

2. Select your desired activity (e.g. running)

How did you save it?

I changed one data field on map to remaining distance, but when I press back it stays as default was (left speed, right distance)

I've had my Fenix for 9 months and never realized I could add/edit datafields on my map screen! Glad I saw this thread!

Yes, up to 2 fields. The map occurs in normal edit-mode of an activity. Just scroll through the pages and hit edit

Hi, thx for the reply! Can you give me the menu steps as a really can't find it. I only find how to show or not show the remaining distance field on the map screen, but not how to fo to 2 fields or changing them... Thanks!!

1. Press Start-Button (just like starting an activity; upper right)

2. Select your desired activity (e.g. running)

3. Press and hold left middle-button until setup-menu appears

4. Select setup (for me it's for example "Laufen-Einstellungen"); should be 1st option

5. Select data-pages (for me it's "Trainingsseiten") should be 1st option

6. Use left middle and bottom-buttons to select the map page

7. When the map is shown, hit the start-button (upper right). There is a pen-symbol

8. Now use the Layout-option to setup two datafields

9. Afterwards you can select which datafields you want to have

Just click back and it should set as long as you pressed select to fix it in place.

Same for me. I can't seem to save my options. It starts with defaults of Pace/Distance. When I select Timer and hit back, it reverts back to Pace.

Don't hit back, back... directly after selecting a wanted field

Instead after selecting field use back, select different screen(up/down) and then you can hit back, back ...
