6X Pro Solar - none of the sensors are working

I've just bought a 6X Pro Solar, and none of the sensors are working. The ABC doesnt work either - no compass, altitude, barometer readings. The sensor lights on the back of the watch do not flash either, so I'm guessing this is a faulty unit?

I don't have Heart Rate metrics, Steps, Pulse OX.

GPS: 2.60

WiFi: 2.60

BMX: 0.00

WHR: 0.00

ANT : 4.30

Sensor Hub: 0.00

I've updated the software through Garmin Express, but nothing happens. I've even downloaded the Beta Sensor Hub and installed it, still nothing.

I've done the factory reset, nothing happens.

I believe that I've tried everything.

Anyone any ideas...or should I be calling Garmin back?

Try manually downloading the latest sensor hub. Follow the instructions... You will put it in your remotesw folder, then reboot the watch.

Thank you, already tried that made no difference (and the versions stayed the same too)

Was this out of the box or have you updated the device?

Out of the box - they’ve never worked. Only updates have been afterwards, vis Garmin Express. I’ve even reset it to Factory Default and started again but nothing. I think the telling thing is the lights on the back have never flashed. I have a Fenix 6 Pro as well and that works perfectly.

Seems that you unfortunately bought an unit with broken sensors. Would call Garmin for a replacement/refund.
