Some don’t work. Contact the developer. I’ve tried one or two out of curiosity 0 Halfs (I think) was one of them and that worked. Had it for a day or two but reverted back to stock.
Make sure you are running the latest firmware on the watch. There was a change in CIQ where this can happen with older FW. It seems that if you install with the Connect IQ mobile app it won't find this mismatch, but if you install using the web interface it will alert you.
