Morning. I'd be interested in getting your opinion in using the Stress Score feature on the Fenix to help with training and recovery. This is the feature that uses an extern HRM and asks you to stand still for 3 minutes. The score is available on the Connect app.
I'd be grateful to know if anyone implements this on a daily basis (say first thing in the morning).
Does the 3 minute test provide sufficient data to help you plan the type and intensity of your training sessions, and do you notice changes if you are injured, or suffering from a cold?
Finally, do you find this information enough, compared to non-Garmin products such as Elite-HRV?
