Cannot connect HRM Tri / HRM Run

Hi Folks -

Since couple of runs I noticed that I lost my running dynamics...so I checked the connection from my Fenix 6X Pro to my HRMs
I owned both HRM Tri & Run ... while checking the connection I noticed that they are just not connected to the watch.

I tried to remove my sensors from the list and adding them again .. no luck ... the watch is not detecting the HRMs (did try with both the HRM Tri & Run).

I tested those HRMs with my Garmin Edge 830 - they are working flawlessly.

I was running the last SW version - 4.30 ... so I updated to last beta software (4.63) .. same issue I'm not able to add back my sensors.

Does anybody have seen this issue before ?

Just wondering if it's SW or HW issue ...

No, send to Garmin, they said can pair with theirs. Now wait for them to sent it back to me and give it a try

Thanks for replying. I’ll give it a try by removing the batteries from the HRMs ... to reset them. Keep you posted if that works.

Tried that before, connected but only last for few runs then disconnected again. It like the battery run flat

I am having the same problem since last pushed SW update. Changed battery in Tri. Worked for a few minutes. Removed and re-added Tri. Worked for a few minutes. Went to beta. Worked for a few minutes. I think it's definitely a SW issue.

My F6x is APAC model, still having sw 3.10.

Just wondering if you are using music on the watch??

The reason I ask is that I had this issue with my hrm, tempe, footpod connecting when I started the music first and then went to start my activity second

I thought hmm that is odd so I tried to reverse the order and loaded outdoor run and let it get the gps and sensors. Then I did the music. Went back to outdoor run and started activity. Have not had any issues since by doing that way

Maybe it is just me but it works.

Restart the watch. I Have to do it ever few runs for it to connect again. Garmin is aware of the issue.

I personally don’t use with music. I’ve had the issue inside with treadmill and outside with GPS. All was rock solid until a few days ago when I was starting a run and it gave me the “software updated” message on my watch. Tri has been terrible sense. Tried everything, and nothing works for long (if at all).
