Running sometimes with a 10kg weighted Bergen.. and want to manage my results and compensate calorie usage

I'm running sometimes with a 10kg weighted Bergen.. and want to up the weight to 15kg but i don't run with the Bergen all the time. What is the best way to manage my results and compensate calorie usage? do i really need to change my personal weight setting before each run (to include gross weight) each time? is there another way please?
