Is any chance to disable connectivity lost notification ?

If I leave my smartphone in bedroom, I'm getting "Disconnected" or "Connected" notifications every couple minutes while moving through the house?

Is any chance to disable connectivity lost notifications ?

Yes.

Go to Settings/Phone/Alerts. Yes, it can be annoying, but it can also be helpful.

In Garmin Connect -> “More” -> Garmin devices -> your F6 -> Sounds&Alerts -> Bluetooth Connection Alert

This as well, but if GCM is crapping out he may not be able to get it working that way. (iPhone)

unfortunately it doesn't work for me

Which way did you turn it off? Do it through the watch. Settings > Phone > Alerts. Toggle off. Don't mess with GCM.
