Fenix 6 Saphire will not sync with Garmin connect

After the last update to Garmin connect on iOS my Fenix 6 will not sync. I have to cycle the bluetooth on the phone just to get the watch to show connected and then it has been a losing battle to get the information to actually sync (which it now won't do at all). Id hoped my upgrade from an iPhone X to the iPhone 11 would fix the issue but no change. Ive had Garmin watches for a long time and realize software issues are part of the game but this is getting ridiculous. On a $1000 watch the most basic functions are now not guaranteed to work. Very frustrating.

iOS 13.1.3 and GCM 4.24.1.

Thank you. Im on IOS 13.1.2, 4.20 and GCM 4.23.1.something. No issues and waiting for more good reports on 4.24.1 before updating to GCM 4.24.1.

Well it worked for me. Once you have the updated version of GCM, you do need to go to the course and also to the Pace Pro plan and ‘send to device’.

Reply back in say, 6 hours. It'll all be broken. It all works initially, but sadly goes back to broken/no updated weather and sync errors.

This fixes nothing.

Agreed. I installed last night, removed and then added my Fenix when I didn't see any change. Initially had the weather working and now this morning it's stuck on the data it originally sent last night.

I have to delete all activity's then it will sync they are having a problem Syncing large files.

I have no files at all, only my steps and HR for the day and my watch does not sync. I have to log onto my compute and attach the watch to load my daily vitals.

Just use WiFi sync to clear those, but you will still have to restart bluetooth, and forget weather. give it a few hours and you will have to WiFi sync again because it breaks again.

When it is connected to your computer you should see the watch as a drive with a folder structure?
