Freeze while connect to a phone or PC

Hello!

I've gust bought brand new Garmin Fenix 6 Pro. After updating the firmware to ver. 4.10 and download map updates through Garmin Express watch freezes.

I reloaded it holding POWER button about 10 times, each time the watches loaded maps by itself. When pairing with the phone, they again froze.

I reseted the settings by the algorithm (holding POWER together with START and BACK|LAP buttons) described on support.garmin.

When pairing with a phone after reboot, they frozen again. After a reboot, if you refuse to pair with the phone, they turn on.

However, they freeze anytime when: trying to pair with a phone, trying to turn off the clock, trying to connect the watch to a computer via cable, trying to reboot via watch menu.

Watches cannot be used properly, I can't pair it with a phone or PC. 

What to do in this situation?
